These Terms govern the use of TARAN SOCIAL, a platform for social media planning, scheduling and management.
Use of the Service
Users must provide accurate information, keep their credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with each connected social media platform's policies.
Connected Accounts
By connecting a social media account, users authorize TARAN SOCIAL to access and perform actions allowed by the permissions granted, such as scheduling or publishing content selected by the user.
User Content
Users remain responsible for the content they upload, schedule or publish. Users must have the rights and permissions necessary for all text, images, videos, trademarks and other materials used through the platform.
Prohibited Use
Users may not use TARAN SOCIAL for spam, fraud, illegal content, impersonation, platform abuse, unauthorized access, malware, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party platform terms.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Social platform changes, API limits or third-party outages may affect functionality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TARAN SOCIAL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
